Wetlands>License Fees

License Fees

License Fees for wetlands licenses:
  • $250: most shoreline erosion control projects
  • $500: cases in which a public hearing is held
  • $1,000: projects that improve access to navigation or for activities related to commercial riparian lands
  • $50: spur channel dredging project when the local government sponsors dredging of the main channel of the water body.
