Reports Issued by and Due to the Board of Public Works

State Procurement laws and regulations can be found in the State Finance and Procurement Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland and Title 21 of the Code of Maryland Regulations.  In one of its many functions as the procurement oversight agency, the Board of Public Works is tasked with collecting, evaluating and creating procurement-related reports.  The Board reports these findings to the public, the General Assembly, the Governor's Office, and other agencies.
