Meeting Schedule and Advanced Meeting Agendas

The Agenda for each meeting contains the full-text version of the Items before the Board of Public Works on that date. However, at this time, the Agenda does not contain Items that come in after the print deadline; you should consult the Summary or call the Office the Monday or Tuesday before a meeting to see if Supplemental or Hand-Carried Items have been submitted in addition to the regular Agenda. Generally, the Agenda is available nine days (Monday) before the meeting.

The Summary contains a synopsis of each Agenda Item with certain key data fields. Generally, the Summary for an upcoming meeting is available five days (Friday) before the meeting. The Summary is updated again the week of the meeting so you may check the Summary the Monday or Tuesday before a meeting to see if Supplemental or Hand-Carried Items have been submitted in addition to the regular Agenda.

The Summary for a past meeting shows the action the Board took on each Agenda Item. To view Summaries and Agendas from prior years, visit the Archives.

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings begin at 10:00 AM in the Governor’s Reception Room, Second Floor, State House, Annapolis. Pre-meetings begin at 9:45 AM in Room 217, State House, Annapolis. At 10:00 AM on meeting dates, a live online broadcast is available at http://www.governor.maryland.gov/stream.asp.
